WWE Raw – July 20, 2009
World Wrestling Entertainment presented WWE Raw weekly wrestling event on July 20, 2009 at NC State University for WWE Raw wrestling fans. Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler are official commentators for this wrestling event. ZZ Top show is the feature of this Monday Night Raw Edition.
John Cena music hits and wrestling fans gave amazing response to John Cena’s appearance. WWE Raw brand ring announcer Lilian Garcia introduced John Cena to this wrestling event. John Cena entered into this wrestling ring quickly. World Wrestling Entertainment announced a tag team match between Cody Rhodes, Ted DiBiase, Triple H and John Cena as a feature match. John Cena took microphone and feels very happy for wrestling fans’ response. John Cena said, today is nothing but excitement. John Cena also announced one more exciting program ZZ Top show. Similarly, John Cena remembered wrestling fans about Night of Champions 2009 in less than a week.
Even John Cena is also excited because he is reaching Night of Champions pay per view. As per John Cena statement, WWE Universe will see one of the greatest matches of all time. John Cena talked about a triple threat match between Triple H, John Cena and WWE Champion Randy Orton for WWE Championship. John Cena remembered similar triple threat match which was conducted at WrestleMania XXIV. In that match, Randy Orton defeated Triple H and John Cena to become WWE Champion. John Cena tried to tell something to wrestling fans but Randy Orton music hits.
WWE Champion Randy Orton appeared in this wrestling event and wrestling fans gave good response for his presence. WWE Champion Randy Orton entered into wrestling ring with a microphone. John Cena and Randy Orton looked at each other. Randy orton said that i don’t know exactly why you are excited because Randy orton defeated John Cena and Triple H in that triple theat match. Randy Orton said, he pinned John Cena for victory. Wrestling fans chanted Cena’s name and Randy Orton raised his title belt over his head. As per Randy orton statement, this sunday will repeat the history again. John Cena directly announced, he is going to change the history tonight.
Randy Orton and John Cena both are ready to face each other. Suddenly, Randy Orton changed his mood and simply stepped out from wrestling ring. Suddenly, Ted DiBiase and Cody Rhodes came from crowd. Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase surrounded John Cena. John Cena mentally prepared for 3 on 1 fight and took off his shirt. Sunddenly, the game triple h music hits. Legacy was shocked by seeing Triple H’s appearence. Triple H stepped into wrestling ring. Triple H took microphone and Randy Orton collected his title from ring. Triple H treated Ted DiBiase and Cody Rhodes like girls. Wrestling fans are laughed.
Triple H said, he does not care Randy orton or John Cena win WWE Championship this sunday. This Sunday, Triple H does not want to give chance to Randy Orton to win WWE Championship. Triple H and John Cena both mocked Legacy. Randy Orton responded and Randy Orton said, this sunday history history will be repeated but not tonight. Randy orton said, he wants to include him in tag team match against John Cena and Triple H. John Cena said, Randy Orton is the true evil genius. John Cena and Triple H discussed and ready to face three of them in this event’s feature match. Legacy simply returned to backstage silently.
WWE Raw brand commentators Jerry Lawler and Michael Cole talked about legendary rockers ZZ Top. In few moments, ZZ Top with guitars appeared on screen to entertain wrestling fans. ZZ Top excited by seeing wrestling fans’ amazing response. In few moments, Santino Marella appeared in front of them. Santino Marella interacted with ZZ Top because he is huge fan of rockers. Santino Marella became part of them. Santino Marella well imitated them and entertained wrestling fans.

After this wrestling match, once again World Wrestling Entertainment showed ZZ Top with Santino Marella. Santino Marella talked about Big Show’s destruction with ZZ Top. ZZ Top rockers are also enjoyed his destruction. In few moments, Y2J Chris Jericho appeared in this show. Chris Jericho felt very happy to meet ZZ Top. Chris Jericho said, two icons of entertainment and also said that he is the big fan of ZZ Top. ZZ Top has a different plan for Chris Jericho. ZZ Top announced a match between Chris Jericho and World’s Strongest Man Mark Henry. Chris Jericho was shocked and went for his match. Santino Marella and ZZ Top continued their entertainment.
World Wrestling Entertainment announced ZZ Top Summer 2009 Tour for wrestling fans. At announcement table, The Brian Kendrick argued with WWE Commentator Jerry Lawler. The Brian Kendrick took microphone and wants to remember his previous achievement i.e he is successful WWE Tag Team Champion over a year. Lilian introduced The Brian Kendrick to wrestling event. Similarly, Lilian Garcia interrupted by the Jerry Lawler when Lilian Garcia is ready to introduce his opponent. Jerry Lawler stepped into wrestling ring with a microphone. Jerry Lawler announced his name as opponent of The Brian Kendrick.

World Wrestling Entertainment Raw brand commentator Michael Cole announced a 2 on 3 handicap wrestling match between Triple H, John Cena and Legacy members Cody Rhodes, Ted DiBiase and WWE Champion Randy Orton.
Former Four time WWE Women’s Champion Mickie James appeared in this wrestling event and interviewed. Interviewer asked Mickie James about WWE Divas Champion Maryse’s domination in previous wrestling matches. Mickie James congratulated Maryse for her domination. Mickie James said, sunday is the night of the champions. So, it will be the reality show and definitely prove in that wrestling match. In few moments, Miz music hits and interrupted her show. The Miz said that Maryse is talented and glamorous but Mickie James is not. Mickie James laughed. Marse came and injected spray into Mickie James’ eyes. Mark Henry walks at backstage for his wrestling match against Chris Jericho.

After this wrestling match, WWE Camera showed ZZ Top and Santino Marella. Santino Marella talked with ZZ Top and Chavo Guerrero appeared in few moments in their show. Chavo Guerrero surprised by seeing ZZ Top in Monday Night Raw. Chavo Guerrero praised himself by telling his greatness to ZZ Top. ZZ Top decided to make a favor for Chavo Guerrero and announced a sharp dressed wrestling match with Hornswoggle. Chavo Guerrero felt very happy and prepared for his wrestling match. Santino Marella and ZZ Top continued their entertainment.

WWE ring announcer Lilian Garcia introduced Raw brand Guest Host ZZ Top to wrestling event. ZZ Top appeared in this wrestling event with their car. ZZ Top interacted with wrestling fans.
