WWE Smackdown – August 7, 2009
World Wrestling Entertainment presented WWE Smackdown weekly wrestling edition at Long Island, New York on August 7, 2009 for WWE Wrestling fans. Todd Grisham and Jim Ross are official commentators for this wrestling edition. Justin Roberts is official Smackdown brand ring announcer.
Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk music hits and appeared in this wrestling edition at the starting of this wrestling event. Wrestling fans did not give much response to his presence. CM Punk said, he tried very hard to emphasize with all of wrestling fans’ weaknesses. Wrestling fans love more than ever before as per CM Punk’s statement. Wrestling fans raised their voice for his statement. CM punk said, he is still here to teach the difference between right and wrong. Wrestling fans chanted Jeff Hardy’s name. CM Punk said, he is going to punish Jeff Hardy just like a match and he already did it last week. CM Punk played highlights of destruction for wrestling fans. CM punk said, why people like Jeff Hardy because people’s attitude is just like Jeff Hardy. Similarly, Jeff Hardy is just like all of wrestling fans. CM punk said, none of the Jeff Hardy fans have strength. Wrestling fans chanted Jeff Hardy’s name.
CM Punk said, it is very easy to be Jeff Hardy but it is not easy to be stronger like him. CM Punk said, he does not attract towards worst habits. In other words, he never smoke in his entire life time and people who smoke are stupids as per CM Punk’s statement. Wrestling fans did not give much importance to his statement. CM punk talked about funny cigarettes. CM punk said, smoking is injurious to health at the same time it is illegal. People who smoke cigarettes are breaking the law. People who do not care law, considered as criminals. CM Punk said, he is not a criminal because he did not and will not smoke. Later, CM punk decided to talk about Alcohol. CM Punk said, people take alcohol too much and people put their head in toilets. Congratulations, that is called as Alcoholism. CM punk said, he understood why people like Jeff hardy so much. Similarly, he can understand why Jeff Hardy loves wrestling fans because all of you are weak. CM Punk said, people need a leader to fight against these bad habits.
He is going to take WWE World Heavyweight Championship title belt from a person who do not have right to carry that prestigious belt. CM Punk said, so people need a strong leader i.e CM Punk. CM Punk talked with match referee. WWE ring announcer Justin Roberts entered into wrestling ring.

- Jeff Hardy Vs CM Punk for WWE World Heavyweight Championship
CM Punk and WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jeff Hardy completely lost control and used to injure each other by neglecting rules of wrestling. WWE officials came and separated them. Even WWE Smackdown General Manager Theodore Long also came and brought more officials. In few moments, Chairman of the World Wrestling Entertainment Vince McMahon appeared in this wrestling event and analyzed situation. Vince McMahon said to Theodore Long, you can not control this wrestling match. So, he is going to appoint a special enforcer to control both wrestling superstars. However, he does not want to introduce him at this time. Vince McMahon stopped this wrestling match temporarily.

After this wrestling match, it is time for Cryme Tyme Word Up. Cryme Tyme members JTG and Shad Gaspard appeared on screen. Shad Gaspard said that we are the next unified tag team champions. Cryme Tyme members once again educate wrestling fans with Word Up. In few moments, Eve Torres joined with them to invent a new word for WWE Wrestling fans.

JTG showed Christina and Big Slow in ladies dress. In few moments, Slam Master J interfered in their conversation. Slam Master J said, he is official and he carries wiggle. Jesse encouraged Cryme Tyme members JTG and Shad Gaspard to win the WWE Unified tag team championship at SummerSlam 2009.

After this wrestling match at backstage, Maria talked to Melina about her boy friend Dolph Ziggler. Maria said, Dolph Ziggler becomes new WWE Intercontinental Champion at SummerSlam 2009. Maria is so excited to praise her boy friend. Melina also very felt very happy for her best personal life. Maria said, Dolph Ziggler is kind, sweet and funny at outside of the wrestling ring.

After this wrestling match, the big red machine kane music hits. The Great Khali and Ranjin Singh wait for the big red machine kane wrestling ring but Kane attacked The Great Khali from behind. Kane eliminated the great khali to outside of the wrestling ring over the top rope. Kane later concentrated on Ranjin Singh. Kane kicked Ranjin Singh and dragged him to outside of the arena.
