WWE Smackdown – December 25, 2009
World Wrestling Entertainment presented WWE Smackdown wrestling edition on December 25, 2009 for wrestling fans. Todd Grisham and Matt Striker were official commentators for this wrestling event.

Y2J Chris Jericho music hits and appeared in this wrestling edition. Chris Jericho talked about the celebration of DX’s Christmas. He stated that everyone says Christmas greetings to D Generation X but he is not happy with DX. He considered himself as victim of DX. Actually, they insulted him at Raw by disrespecting him. He also remembered that he is the face of Smackdown. He finalized that Chris Jericho and The Big Show no longer teamed up against DX. However, The Hart Dynasty gets an opportunity to face DX without qualification.
In few moments, the hart dynasty music hits. The Hart Dynasty members Tyson Kidd, David Hart Smith and Natalya appeared in this wrestling edition. Chris Jericho respected them because he also trained by legendary Stu Hart who is father of Bret Hitman Hart. Chris Jericho openly shared his opinion with The hart Dynasty without hesitation. They responded to Chris Jericho’s objection. They are the best in this generation. Chris Jericho smiled by listening them.
Suddenly, they are altered when WWE Unified tag team champions D Generation X music hits. Triple H and Shawn Michaels appeared in screen and wrestling fans gave excellent response to their presence. Triple H said that they are killing DX’s Christmas with their nonsense talking. Shawn Michaels does not give much importance to them but promoted their unauthorized history of D Generation X’s book.
Shawn Michaels and Triple H gave wallpaper to Chris Jericho, which is actually a mocking photo of the big show. DX frustrated Chris Jericho by insulting his former tag team partner the big show. Shawn Michaels stated the hart dynasty as hart kids but the hart dynasty responded by telling their brand name. Triple H interrupted Shawn Michaels’ talking and HBK seriously considered and said Shut up to Triple H. Shawn Michaels encouraged hart dynasty to go to Canada to enjoy ice hockey.
Chris Jericho explained the attitude of the DX to the hart dynasty. Chris Jericho encouraged the hart dynasty to prove them. Suddenly, the hart dynasty destroyed Chris Jericho to prove them to DX as per Chris Jericho’s advice. D Generation X really impressed what they did to Chris Jericho.
World Wrestling Entertainment showed Mickie James at backstage. Suddenly, Layla and WWE Women’s Champion Michelle McCool came. Mickie James asked that what you want? They would like to say sorry to Mickie James. Layla and Michelle McCool gave a gift to Mickie James as Christmas Gift. They said happy Christmas to Piggie James.
World Wrestling Entertainment showed #1 contender Rey Mysterio. WWE Interviewer Josh Mathews would like to interview him. Josh Mathews asked him; what are the changes for Rey Mysterio to become new WWE World Heavyweight champion?
Rey Mysterio said that Christmas is his favorite holiday. Rey Mysterio talked about his victory against Animal Batista. Rey Mysterio knew, he could become once again new World heavyweight champion. He would like to prove himself and expected a miracle i.e world heavyweight championship title.
