WWE Smackdown – February 5, 2010
World Wrestling Entertainment presented WWE Smackdown wrestling edition on February 5, 2010 to entertain wrestling fans. Todd Grisham and Matt Striker were official commentators for this wrestling main event. This is first Smackdown edition after Royal Rumble 2010 pay per view and builds story for Elimination Chamber 2010 wrestling main event.
WWE Smackdown ring announcer Tony Chimel invited Y2J Chris Jericho to this wrestling edition. Chris Jericho said that this show should be his night because he is expecting a victory to go to the elimination chamber match. As per his statement, he should be the winner of royal rumble but he is not. Actually, he decided to go to main event i.e WrestleMania but he failed to go. However, he later talked about the arrival of the Edge.
Actually, he decided to win the Royal Rumble but Edge accomplished. He commented on Rated R Superstar’s last Raw talking. Chris Jericho talked about his former tag team partner that Edge does not have passion, fire and enthuse. Similarly, Chris Jericho blamed Edge as selfish. Chris Jericho became crazy. Wrestling fans were shocked by seeing his behavior in stage.
Chris Jericho stated, he promised his victory to quality to elimination chamber match in this wrestling edition. Later, he called Smackdown general manager Theodore Long. However, the Smackdown general manager does not respond. However, he waits for sometime. Chris Jericho seriously reacted to meet him at his office. He used to ask everyone about Teddy Long’s office. He also asked The Hart Dynasty about Theodore Long’s office.
Finally, he found Smackdown General Manager. Somebody reads a paper in that office but he is Edge. Edge felt very happy by seeing Chris Jericho. He said to Chris Jericho that you are the reason to come to WWE. Edge would like to celebrate his victory. Similarly, Rated R Superstar would like to share his happiness because he came to his show. Chris Jericho congratulated and then left that place.

Matt Hardy met 2009 diva of the year Maria at backstage. He appreciated Maria about her show. Maria said Good luck to Matt hardy.

Tony Chimel invited new WWE Women’s Champion Mickie James to this wrestling edition. Actually, Layla and Michelle McCool used to humiliate her every time since her Smackdown’s drafting. She felt very happy by talking about her victory at Royal Rumble. In few moments, Beth Phoenix music hits and interrupted her show by coming to this her show.
Beth Phoenix said asked one question; why are you celebrating your victory over two little girls?
Actually, she participated in Royal Rumble as one of the thirty participants and eliminated The Great Khali surprisingly. Beth Phoenix confidently said that I am going to take your WWE Women’s championship at anywhere and any time. Mickie James laughed by considering her statement, which is an indirect challenge.
Suddenly, the official consultant of Smackdown Vickie Guerrero interrupted their conversation. Wrestling fans did not give much response to her presence. Vickie Guerrero does not want to conduct WWE Women’s championship match between these two divas. Vickie Guerrero announced Michelle McCool as #1 contender. However, she would like to conduct a tag team match with these two divas against Michelle McCool and Layla.

Cryme Tyme members JTG and Shad Gaspard have invented a new word and decided to share with wrestling fans. They welcome wrestling fans to Word Up show.

Later, they talked about popular guitarists. Shad Gaspard sang a song for wrestling fans. Shad Gaspard stated that there is only one king in the WWE, he is Jerry The King Lawler. In few moments, Jerry The King Lawler joined with Cryme Tyme. Jerry Lawler was well interacted with Cryme Tyme.

Cutting Edge
9 time world champion and 2010 Royal Rumble winner Edge attended to this wrestling edition to return to Smackdown edition. He received good response from wrestling fans. He considered Smackdown as his home. He talked about his background work to come to this wrestling brand again. Edge was actually neglected the doctors’ order. That’s why is now going to the main event WrestleMania. He openly announced that he could face his guest at WrestleMania XXVI for WWE World heavyweight championship.
Similarly, he could face WWE Champion Sheamus. He talked about Sheamus’s sudden attack in the past Raw. He played the video of Raw edition on screen to show the attack of Sheamus. In few moments, Chris Jericho interrupted his show. Chris Jericho and Edge threw chairs beside to them.
Chris Jericho blamed Edge because he took his opportunity to go to the WrestleMania. Edge said, he has actually eliminated the Chris Jericho from ring. Chris Jericho stated himself as face of Smackdown. Edge did not agree with him. Edge said, you are not the face of Smackdown. Edge seriously reacted about Chris Jericho’s comments for the last couple of months. Edge seriously insulted Chris Jericho. In few moments, CM Punk music hits.
CM Punk came to this wrestling edition with Luke Gallows and Serena. CM Punk apologized by seeing the tragedy story between Edge and Chris Jericho. Wrestling fans insulted CM Punk but CM Punk said once more time, I am better than every body. The straight edge society founder insulted both of them. CM Punk stated that he is only the superstar in WWE, make the undertaker tap out. Even Chris Jericho an Edge did not do this.
Once again, CM Punk praised his greatness by telling I am better than you. CM Punk said that he would like be the four time straightedge world heavyweight champion. Suddenly, WWE World Heavyweight Champion music hits. Everybody shocked. Edge attacked Chris Jericho and Undertaker attacked the straight edge society. Edge tried to spear the undertaker but the undertaker did not give chance to him. Edge signaled the undertaker that I want the wwe world heavyweight championship title.
